    Support specifically for Deaf and hard-of-hearing people via email or video call with a trained counselor.

    The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network connects you with a local organization for live support and next steps. Live chat also available on their site.

Support if you are struggling with gender identity or sexuality, or want to talk with someone in the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Trans Lifeline

    Peer support for transgender and questioning callers, run by trans people. Core hours 7 a.m.–1 a.m. PT; operators are often available off-hours too.

Drug or alcohol abuse
